This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.10.2022 passed in Brahampur P.S. Case No. 347 of 2020 District Buxar GR 1635 of 2020 by Sessions Judge, Buxar in S. Tr. No. 418 of 2021.

Prima-facie case has been found by the Court below thereafter, the discharge application has been rejected. Considering the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar vs Ramesh Singh 1977 SCC (4) 39 and in the case of Saundra Rasu Vs. State of Karnataka
