2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khajekalan Case No.358 of 2023, dated 27.08.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he fired bullet upon the son of the informant causing injury on his stomach.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The allegation as alleged in the FIR is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that from a bare perusal of the FIR it appears that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired upon the son of the informant and the injury report of the son of the informant suggests that he has received gunshot injury and the injury is grievous in nature caused by firearm.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Khajekalan Case No.358 of 2023 pending in the court of learned J.M.1st Patna City, Patna.

7. Prayer is refused.
