Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made the representation ventilating his grievances before the Managing Director, North Bihar, Power Distribution Company. Bihar Patna (respondent No. 3) by way of representation (Annexure-5) dated 05.07.2023, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The respondent No. 3 shall consider the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.16010 of 2023(3) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
