2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 243/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
3. As per the prosecution case, 377.25 liters of illicit whiskey of different brands were recovered by the police from a Bajaj Maximo CNG goods tempo driven by the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner was only the driver and not the owner of the said tempo and he has no concern with the alleged recovered whiskey. Learned

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise, Court No. 2, Gaya, District- Gaya Ji in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 243 of 2025.
