Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i). For a direction to the respondents concerned,

Patna High Court CWJC No.23176 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/3 especially Director, Central Investigation Bureau, or Director, Vigilance Bureau to enquire into the matter after lodging F.I.R. about the financial irregularity, misappropriation loot of government money about 1.5 crore under Government aid to M.V.R.D. Inter Evening College, Amnour, Saran.

(ii). For directing the respondents to enquire into the matter how many forged teaching and non-teaching staffs are still continuing and got the Government aid money in three phases.

(iii). For directing the authorities, especially to C.B.I. or Vigilance to do proper investigation about misappropriation of Government money.

(iv). For directing the respondents to initiate proceeding under Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act to recover the salary/remuneration who have been appointed on non-sanctined post in M.V.R.D. Inter Evening College, Amanour, Saran in which entire aid has been distributed among a solitary family members of Secretary cum Principal of said college."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writpetitioner shall approach the respondent-authorities highlighting the grievances made in the present petition. This, he states, shall be positively done within a period of four weeks. Learned counsel for the respondents states that on receipt of such representation, appropriate action shall positively
