2. Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 19.04.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 64317 of 2021 (Annexure - 1).
3. The trial court report reveals that out of eight charge-sheeted witnesses, only two witnesses have been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2019.
4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed.
