The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 379, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly circumstanced co-accused Tuno Mehta @ Tuno Mehta Mehta, Vijal Mehta, Gohal Mehta have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 17.02.2018 passed in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35502 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 Cr. Misc. No.9238 of 2018.

The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner has not been disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
