JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-06-2020 This application for regular bail arises out Salaiya P.S. Case No. 10 of 2014, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,307,353,324A of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b) A/26/35 of the Arms Act, Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 26.02.2020, a report has been received from the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XII, Aurangabad from which it appears that the witnesses have not been examined. However, considering the fact that the petitioner's prayer for regular bail was earlier rejected, keeping in mind his involvement in at least, nine cases of serious nature, I am not inclined to grant petitioner the privilege of bail for the present.
