JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 After some argument, Sri Mrityunjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for withdrawal of the present petition, so that, three petitioners, namely : (1) Ram Pravesh Singh, (2) Mantu Kumar @ Mantun Kumar and (3) Kleshwar Singh @ Kaleshwar Singh may appear before the court below and pray for regular bail.
The prayer is allowed.
The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with observation that if within a period of six weeks from today aforesaid three petitioners appear before the court below and pray for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass
