The present petition has been filed for restoration of CWJC No 18724 of 2010, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 01-07-2019.

On 01.07.2019, C.W.J.C. No. 18724 of 2010 was listed. Petitioner's counsel could not appear as it submitted that his son was ill and he could not attend the Court on that date. This Court would find the said reasons to be sufficient cause for restoration of the writ petition.
