1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no. 1 is aged about 19 years and petitioner no. 2 is aged about 25 years. It is further submitted that the informant alleges that his son had gone to attend the call of nature when six named accused persons including the petitioners abused and assaulted his son and tried to strangulate him. On alarm, informant's younger son reached the place of occurrence who was also

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged and as far as allegation of snatching gold chain and Rs.1431/- is alleged, the same is ornamental. It is next submitted that petitioners are young boy and if in the nature of allegation as alleged they are sent to custody their entire career would get jeopardized and chances are bright that they may come in contact with the hardened criminals.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Tekari
