The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an appeal challenging the order of punishment dated 9.1.2016 before the appellate authority, as such the appellate authority may be directed to dispose of the said appeal.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.4 is directed to dispose of the pending appeal of the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from today by a reasoned and speaking order The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
