The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case no. 450 of 2017, registered under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that informant being the Section Officer, BSEB, Patna received SMS through mobile No. 9835402690 with regard to demand of Rs. 20000/- for clearing the pending result disclosing the account No. 20363928072, IFSC Code No. 0003611 of S.B.I. of BSEB, Patna. On verification, the said account was not found in the of BSEB, Patna.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation one Nitish Kumar, co-villager of the petitioner was apprehended and the said account number of S.B.I. belonging to him.

No.60928 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 Further submission is that due to village dirty politics, the apprehended person disclosed the name of petitioner having hand in the business of extorting the money on the pretext of clearing the result of TET Examination. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 450 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
