2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 228 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 111, 287, 317(2), 3/5, 303(2), 324(5), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; Section 15(2) of the P.M.P. Act; Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft in a petroleum pipeline. He is accused in three more similar and serious cases.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2025.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence i.e., of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71169 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 committing theft in the petroleum pipeline by the petitioner and other accused persons, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
