The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Jalalgarh P.S. Case No.136 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that on 04.11.2015, other side were cutting trees standing on his land for that some verbal altercation took place. It is alleged that Bijlo Khatoon informed her relatives about the occurrence and ten accused persons came and assaulted Abrar @ Mintu, the son of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only allegation against the petitioner that she informed her relatives about the occurrence of cutting trees but no allegation of assault is made against the petitioner nor allegation of exhorting is made

Perused the F.I.R. It appears that the only allegation against the petitioner is that she informed her relatives about the occurrence of cutting trees.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is a lady, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No.136 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
