1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the modification application i.e. Cr. Misc. No.81402 of 2024 was taken up on 31.01.2025 and the modification application was allowed, but inadvertently, the order dated 31.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.81402 of 2024 has been recorded in Cr. Misc. No.55268 of 2024 of which modification was sought.

3. After hearing the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81402 of 2024(4) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 petitioners, it is directed that the order dated 31.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No.55268 of 2024 shall be read in Cr. Misc. No.81402 of 2024.
