The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/ 324 / 354/379/387/427/435/504 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that there is general and omnibus allegation against 14 persons named in the FIR including the petitioner to have committed house trespass and murderous assault on the informant. The doctor has found simple injury on the injured. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
