The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 33 of 2018 registered under Sections 379, 414 & 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the recovery of stolen vehicle from the house of the petitioner and overwhelming materials in the FIR to suggest that he is involved in large scale sale and purchase of stolen vehicles, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
