Petitioners seek bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 216 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the seized article. Petitioners have no criminal

Case No. 216 of 2019.
