The petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2019 in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 25 (1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that two live cartridges were alleged to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
