The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections-302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are suspected to have committed murder of Bhagwan Gond.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case diary would reveal that only material is suspicion against the name accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58907 of 2017 (3) dt.07-02-2018 connection with Hathua Police Station Case No. 48 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
