Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that after instituting the FIR against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, the informant, who is wife of the petitioner, has married with another person and in support of the same, the petitioner has filed Supplementary Affidavit, based on the certificate issued by the Mukhiya of Raj Gangapur Gram Panchayat, District Madhubani.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender

No.71853 of 2022(4) dt.25-04-2023 2/2 before the learned court below within a period of two weeks and make prayer for regular bail with an affidavit in support of his claim that the Opposite Party No.2 has already married with another person and the court below after verifying such fact at his own end is directed to grant regular bail to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the affidavit and surrender of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of.
