Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S.Case No. 187 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 325, 307, 353, 386, 387, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that when police went to arrest three named accused persons in another case the petitioner and others obstructed them in discharging their official duties. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and a large number of persons have been made accused in this case. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40236 of 2018 (2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Shefali Narayan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Paraiya P.S.Case No. 187 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
