2. In the light of these developments, formal order of appointment was required to be issued by the concerned Authority. The same shall be exercised within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. In the meanwhile, rest of the formalities or compliance shall be completed by the concerned authority.

3. With the above observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of as it has become infructuous. If there are any further hurdle insofar as appointment on compassionate ground, the petitioner is at liberty to file Interlocutory Application to recall this order.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
