JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Harnaut PS Case No. 257 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that except two live cartridges, alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner, nothing was recovered from his possession, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pintu Kumar @ Pintu Yadav is directed to be released on bail subject to verification that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Incharge CJM Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut PS Case No. 257 of 2017.
