The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 276 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that in the first information report, there is omnibus and vague allegation of catching hold of the deceased against the petitioners and the accused Rakesh Pandit

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35975 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 alias Insan is specifically alleged to have assaulted upon the deceased over his head by means of an iron rod and the postmortem report goes to suggest that the deceased sustained the injury only over his head, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners, who are stated to be ladies of clean antecedent, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 276 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
