The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Majhauliya P.S. Case No.228/2019 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 379, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 66 of I.T. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.09.2019 and 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 58129 of 2020 and 54407/2019 respectively. He submits that petitioner has no

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.228/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
