The petitioners are in custody since 06.09.2019 in connection with Excise Case No. 655 of 2019 arising out of Excise P.R. No. 01/2019-20 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the Alto car, in which, the petitioner was the driver. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
