The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bihpur (Jhandapur) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 420, 379, 411 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Looking at the professional nature of the crime and the active participation of the petitioner in receiving stolen property and facilitating the offence, I am not inclined to grant
