2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 105 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 52 grams of ganja from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2025.

4. This application is disposed of with direction to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Begusarai to explain to the petitioner/accused the fact that the recovery is of small quantity and the maximum punishment is of one year and if he pleads guilty, he may be let off after completing a particular period in custody. If the petitioner pleads guilty, appropriate order shall be passed by the Court below.
