The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The prosecution case, as per the fard-beyan of the informant Vikash Kumar Rai, is that in the background of land dispute the petitioner Dharamveer Kumar and co-accused Birendra Kumar came to the door of the informant, one week prior to lodging of the FIR and threatened him. On 20.09.2017 at

No.61538 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2/3 8.45 A.M. co-accused Ranjan Kumar and petitioner Dharamveer Kumar came and on the order of the petitioner, co-accused Ranjan Kumar fired causing injury on the right arm of the informant, when on hearing the sound of firing the brother and other family members of the informant came, the accused persons escaped from the scene.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of firing is against co-accused Ranjan Kumar and informant is a veteran criminal and statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 8 of the petition. The informant was accused in murder case of the father of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in one other case lodged at the behest of the informant with accusation under Sections 448, 341, 323, 379, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the thrust of accusation of firing is against co-accused Ranjan Kumar and petitioner was at litigating terms with the informant from before, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
