JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 411, 420B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4/5 of Bihar Illegal Mines Act and section 194(i) of M.V. Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 56931 of 2017 on 08.12.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61017 of 2017 (2) dt.18-12-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
