2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Trial No. 102 of 2024 arising out of Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366-A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl and have committed rape upon her.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and from the

5. The petitioner is in custody since 10.05.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of 6th-Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Motihari, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with POCSO Trial No. 102 of 2024 arising out of Govindganj (Malahi) P.S.
