JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. has stated that on 2.5.2022 this petitioner took the victim aged about 16 years to the field and forcibly made physical relation with her repeatedly due to which she became pregnant.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused.
