That this application is directed for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus/ any other appropriate writ/order/ direction commanding the respondents to provide Security to the petitioner who is apprehending threat to her life and property by the hands of respondent No. 6 & 7 who are threatening the widow petitioner to

Thereafter direction may be issued to the respondent no. 4 to take legal action against the respondent no. 6 for torturing and not providing monetary help to the petitioner, Since the respondent no. 6 obtained the job on compassionate ground on account of the death of the father-in-law of the petitioner and at the relevant time the petitioner was also dependent on her father-in-law since her husband had already died in 2013 and thereafter the petitioner was facing financial crunch, without any help from other family members."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
