The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Case No.C2-612 of 17 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 48 litres of Nepali Saufi wine from the shop of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he has got a clean antecedent and is in custody since 30.10.2017.
