2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1)(a), 25(a), 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Petitioner is alleged to be driver of the Tata Victa, bearing registration no. BR02T 2993, which is alleged to have carried away the injured person and his bag.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. As a matter of fact, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner was not driving the said vehicle and he was at his village, which is about 35 k.m. away from the place of occurrence. Informant has not disclosed the source of information as to how he came to know that this petitioner was driving the said vehicle. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - IV, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S.
