By invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has filed the present writ application, seeking the writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to hold an inquiry regarding the appointment of the respondent no.4, namely, Ram Laxan Singh, on the post of Peon in the office of the Chief Medical Officer, Sitamarhi, due to detailing his wrong date of birth in the application.

3. From perusal of the writ application, it would

4. I find no reason to entertain this writ application for exercising the extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Accordingly, this writ application stands dismissed.
