The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 368 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that specific allegation has been levelled against co-accused Ashok Singh and Santosh Singh. The petitioner is 70 years old man having no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66993 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 368 of 2019.
