This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.38 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under section 393 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected vide order dated 02.04.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.19291 of 2024.

The petitioner and others are said to have committed loot in a bank. He is in custody since 25.09.2023. 5.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

No.74300 of 2024(3) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur / concerned Court, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.38 of 2023, subject to the condition that he will cooperate in the trial and will appear personally or through his advocate on the date fixed in the trial.
