2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 462 of 2024, lodged on 24.12.2024 under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution, F.I.R. has been lodged against three named and one unknown accused persons. The informant has alleged in the F.I.R. that his mami Nazrin (sisterin-law) disclosed that the petitioner was assaulting all the family members. When the informant reached the house, he saw that there were three dead bodies in the room of Nazrin. It has been alleged by the informant that all were killed by the petitioner and his wife. With the aforesaid allegations, the present F.I.R. has been lodged.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 25.12.2024.

No.72337 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 He also submits that the case diary has been called for and, during investigation, the police have recorded the statement of Nazrin, who has confessed before the police and disclosed the reason for the deaths. In her statement, she has narrated the entire story, and upon going through the same, it transpires to this Court that there was an illicit relationship between Nazrin and her bhanja Toukir @ Bahira (now deceased), in which an important role was played by Nazrin herself.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and fairly submits that the statement of Nazrin shows that the petitioner is innocent.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of the District and Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Purnea in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 462 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 480(3) of the BNSS.
