Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make payment (i) Dues salary of the period of 07.08.1987 30.09.1987, to 14.08.1987 01.10.1987 01.09.1987 to 06.10.1987. to 09.05.1988 to 31.05.1988, 01.06.1988 to 02.06.1988, 01.07.1988 to 02.07.1988, 08.05.1988 to 10.08.1988, 12.08.1988 to 17.08.1988 and 25.01.1989 to 27.01.1989 (ii) dues salary of suspension period of 29.02.1990 to 31.05.1993, (iii) Bonus amount for the period 1990 to 1992. Further prayer has been made for grant of the First Time Bound promotion and pay arrears after granting of 1st time bound promotion with 18% compound interest on his dues of salary and delayed payment.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to file representation before respondent no. 4 for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file such application before respondent no.4 within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event, if such application is filed within the said stipulated period, respondent no.4 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

6. If the petitioner is entitled to the admissible dues, the same shall be paid to the petitioner as early as possible.

7. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
