02-07-2018 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Asarganj P.S. Case No. 15 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 148, 147, 149, 152, 188, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427, 332, 333, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

On perusal of the F.I.R., it is evident that there is allegation that attack was made on the police station. Besides this, on perusal of paragraph - 3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner is habitual offender.

In view of facts and circumstances, there is no reason to pass favourable order.
