In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Town (Sikandarpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The stage of trial was called for which has been received and annexed at Flag- 'A'. The report shows that all the witnesses have been examined except I.O. and doctor and the record is running for evidence of I.O. and the doctor. It is expected that the trial shall be concluded within four months.
