The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, 1 Kg and 200 gram Ganja has been recovered form the possession of the petitioner which is a small quantity for which the petitioner has sufficiently been punished as the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 15.06.2019.
