1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the concerned respondents to take disciplinary action or legal action under service code against Municipal Commissioner, Anil Choudhary, the Public Authority of Municipal Corporation, Madhubani, as well as the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16145 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 District Public Grievance Redressal Officer in view of letter no. 269 dt. 20.02.2018 and Letter no. 1487 dt. 19.08.2019, issued under the signature of Principal Secretary-cum-Mission Director, Bihar Administrative Reforms Mission Society, General Administration Department, Patna as the public authority namely Anil Kumar Choudhary, Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Madhubani has never appeared before the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer on the fixed dates and the District Public Grievance Redressal Officer has not taken any legal action against the Municipal Commissioner, Madhubani."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Mission Director, Bihar Administrative Reform Mission Society and Administrative Department Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
