2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42954 of 2019.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he could not inform the petitioner in time to surrender before the learned Court below due to the fact that the petitioner went outside for his livelihood and hence the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated period, in terms of order dated 12.07.2019.
