2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to vacancy of the Post of Assistant Registrar, the appeal filed by the petitioner is not being disposed of. It has further been submitted that the Registrar, Co-operative Society is also vested the power of adjudication of the appeal.
3. Considering the peculiar situation (vacancy of post of the Assistant Registrar), the appeal of the petitioner is directed to be transferred to the Registrar, Co-operative Society,
Patna High Court CWJC No.16875 of 2024(2) dt.30-10-2024 2/2 who will decide it on merit after giving opportunity to the parties preferably on or before 11.11.2024.
4. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
