The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs- "(A) A writ in the nature of CERTIORARI or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s for quashing the tender Notice No. 1/2017-18 issued by the Respondent no. 3 for 71 works for which last date for depositing tender on 14.12.2017, as it is actuated by malafide and large scale irregularities.

(B) A writ in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s for

Patna High Court CWJC No.18816 of 2017 dt.12-03-2018 2/2 commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to republish the tender in accordance with relevant guidelines and directions.

(C) To any other relief/s to which the petitioner is found entitled."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anuj Kumar, submits that this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, need not be pressed.
