2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(b), 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 3.97 grams smack was recovered from the house of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. She has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
